Low Fat Chai Christmas Cake

Ingredients: 1kg mixed dried fruit (I used chopped glace cherries, chopped dates, chopped dried pineapple & mango, sultanas, raisins & currants to be festive), 600ml Harri Harr Chai Organic Soy Drink, 2 cups self raising flour.

Method: In a large bowl place dried fruit and chai drink cover & place in fridge overnight.
Next day: Pre-heat oven to 180, grease & line a 24cm square or round cake tin.
Add 2 cups of self raising flour to fruit mixture and mix well.
Spoon into tin & smooth top.
Bake for 1 hour 30 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
Cool in tin 20-30 minutes then remove to a cooling rack to completely cool.

This cake smells absolutely divine & tastes even better.

Chai Banana Smoothie

In a blender place one banana, 200ml Hari Har Chai ready to drink, one table spoon plain yoghurt, sprinkle of Hari Har Chai chai sprinkle and blend.  Add a scoop of Hari Har Chai ice cream for extra yummy flavour.

Chai Cookies

To any great cookie recipe added half a teaspoon of Hari Har Chai chai sprinkle.
